Services

Are you or someone in your office, work place or home complaining about headaches, stuffy nose, fatigue, itchy and watery eyes, respiratory ailments, increased asthma and allergy-like symptoms? These may be building related stemming from Mold or other indoor contaminants. We provided solutions to make the air in your office and home as healthy and clean as possible.

Contaminated soil, groundwater, hazardous waste, water damage, Mold, leaking underground storage tanks and other environmental conditions can significantly reduce the value of a property or building and affect the health of building occupants.  When appropriate, we utilize the combined expertise of professionals such as occupational health physicians, toxicologists, architects, general contractors, attorneys and engineers.

Mr. Sherry has performed numerous soil and groundwater assessments of contamination at petroleum, dry cleaning, military and industrial sites.  These assessments have been conducted at schools and universities, numerous fuel storage and retail gas stations, dry-cleaning facilities and industrial facilities.

Indoor Air Quality, Mold, HVAC and Moisture/Water Damage Evaluations

Mr. Sherry has considerable experience in providing indoor air quality services for both government and commercial clients.  His duties have included proposing evaluation services, conducting site evaluations, producing reports of findings with recommendations.  Additionally, Mr. Sherry has written specifications for Mold remediation projects and acted as the client’s representative throughout the remediation process.  Mr. Sherry has also performed employee exposure monitoring services for industrial clients for compliance with OSHA regulations.  Following Florida’s 2004 Hurricanes, Mr. Sherry completed over 150 water damage assessments and Mold evaluations with remediation protocol development for residential and commercial clients.

Mr. Sherry has performed numerous soil and groundwater assessments of contamination at petroleum, dry cleaning, military and industrial sites.  These assessments have been conducted at schools and universities, numerous fuel storage and retail gas stations, dry-cleaning facilities and industrial facilities.  These studies included fate and transport analysis, aquifer pump tests, soil and groundwater sampling, soil screening, interpretation of chemical analysis, determination of pollutants and their extent in the soil and groundwater, geological description, client and regulatory correspondence and report compilation. Mr. Sherry has been involved in over 30 projects dealing with the removal of underground storage tanks. Mr. has also utilized numerous computer programs to analyze and display subsurface hydrogeologic data.

Mr. Sherry has five years of professional experience performing groundwater monitoring, environmental site investigations, remedial investigations, municipal sewage spray irrigation feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, wastewater monitoring and permitting and Geographic Information System (GIS) related projects for industrial, pharmaceutical, and petro-chemical companies.  He has experience with various characterization and remedial technologies including low flow groundwater sampling, standard groundwater sampling, groundwater pump and treat, soil vapor extraction, bioremediation enhancement and natural attenuation. His experience includes aquifer testing and analysis, site characterizations, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, geotechnical drilling and risk assessment analysis.  He has utilized various computer programs for analysis and presentation of geologic and environmental data.
